These terms cover your use of kynric.com and, unless a specific product says otherwise, the products Kynric operates. By using this site or any Kynric product, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Kynric (ABN 53 393 229 618) is a registered business operating out of Australia. We build and operate a small portfolio of independent digital products — each one is listed on the homepage. Some products carry their own supplementary terms specific to what they do; where they do, those terms apply alongside this page.
2. Using our products
You agree to use Kynric products lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse them. Some products require an account or a paid subscription; if so, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
3. Payment and subscriptions
Where a product is paid, pricing is shown on that product’s own page before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider — Kynric does not store your full card details. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
4. Content and intellectual property
Kynric and its products own the software, design, and content we publish, except where we say otherwise. Anything you submit to a product — a form entry, a calculator input, a personalisation request — stays yours; you grant us the licence needed to process it and deliver the product back to you.
5. No professional advice
Kynric products may present regulatory, technical, or financial information — for example, construction standards or budget estimates. This information is provided to help, not as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. Always confirm anything safety-critical or legally binding with a qualified person before relying on it.
6. Limitation of liability
Kynric products are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Kynric is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of a product. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Kynric’s products change. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
