Refund Policy

This is Kynric’s default refund policy. Where a specific product publishes its own refund terms on its checkout page, those terms apply instead.
One-off purchases
If a digital purchase — a guide, a report, a one-off download — is faulty, doesn’t match its description, or you were charged twice by mistake, we’ll refund it in full. Contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn’t refund the current billing period automatically. If you cancel shortly after a renewal and haven’t meaningfully used the product in that period, contact us — refunds for the unused portion are considered case by case.
Free tools
Some Kynric products — like Kynric Trades Calculators — are free to use and carry no charge, so no refund applies.
How to request a refund
Email us via the contact page with the product name and the date you were charged. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
